Sort processes by memory usage – Terminal

top    # Then hit Shift + m

BTW top and htop reports different values for memory usage.
top reports totally free memory but htop reports also the memory which could be freed easily(cached memory).

Check free memory – Terminal

free -m
# buffers/cache is the "available" free space
